Hi guys, I have filed my I-751. 10 months ago with my spouse and my status was updated a long time but today received a status update. It says correspondence was received and uscis is reviewing it what is that mean because they did not ask for any additional documents or interview and I did not send anything so what is this? Please help

Hi actually I ve filed I-751 in July 2018 with us citizen spouse they did my fingerprints right after a month and sent me 18 months extension letter they updated my name in January 2019 but now it s been like 10 months my case is still pending and there s no update.
